Refund policy

• We offer full 30 day refunds for items returned in the same condition they were shipped in. Same goes for packaging, accessories, bundles, and seals where applicable. All returns are inspected on the day of arrival
• We provide FREE return shipping for items that did not match the description of the listing or were defective 
• If the condition of the returned item is different from original, we offer partial refunds. The amount of a refund is determined after we inspect the item and determine the loss of commercial value e.g. compromised seal, damage to the packaging or the item itself, obvious signs of use and handling, missing accessories. We will provide a detailed list of deductions for the "damages done" when we contact you
